Return and refund policy
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to seek a return because we have a 3-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packing, with tags, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, you will require the proof of purchase or receipt.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and information on where and how to deliver your shipment if your return is approved. We will not accept returned items if you do not first request a return.

Damages and issues
In order for us to assess the problem and correct it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if the item is damaged, defective, or the incorrect one.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (like special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), and personal care items (like cosmetics) are among the categories of items that are not returnable. Additionally, flammable liquids, gasses, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Kindly contact us if you have any queries or worries regarding your particular item.
We are unable to accept returns for gift cards or sale items, unfortunately.
Exchanges
Returning the item is the quickest approach to make sure you get what you want. After the return is approved, buy the new item separately.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
However, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a reason if the goods is being shipped inside the European Union. Your item must, as previously stated, be in the same condition as when you received it—that is, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packing. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and examined, we will let you know whether or not the refund was authorized. Within ten business days, you will get an automated refund using the original payment method if your request is accepted. It may also take a while for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund.
